The
time limit for the temporary registration has been pushed from 1 month to 6
month time. Similarly, the registration certificate renewal work can also be
done 60 days in advance.
What are the changes that have been made by government new guidelines of driving license in 2021?
Different
types of changes in the procedure for the learner license has been made by the
government . According to this, the driving test will be done online through
the provided tutorials. In simple words, there is now no need to visit an RTO
office for getting the license test. Ministry of Road Transport and Highways
has extended the validity of the motor vehicles documents like Driving license,
Registration Certificate (RC) at the end of March 2021. Due to this COVID
situation, it even permits its validity till June 30, 2021.

June 30 , 2021 may be treated to valid till June 30, 2021. The Ministry of Road
Transport and Highways has also advised other authorities related to transport
like Enforcement authorities to treat such documents valid till June 30, 2021.

related services. It is one of the wise and bold action taken by the Ministry
regarding the present circumstance where every sector of our country has been
hurt badly by the COVID-19.
