As the virus can remain on the surface of any material, and it can also stay on the surface of fruits and vegetables. Hence the vegetables and fruit should be washed with clean water. The vegetables and especially the non-vegetarian foods should be cooked well, ensuring hygiene in the kitchen. Proper hygiene is a must as it helps to avoid and prevent us from the virus.
2. Keep your body hydrated
Drinking the right amount of water keeps your body hydrated and boosts your immune system. The water is the essential liquid that eliminates the impurities and hence improves the immune system.
3. Avoid sharing the food utensils, cups, and water bottles
These are the things from which the coronavirus can spread rapidly as many people share it at their homes. So to prevent COVID-19, you should stop the sharing of personal items.
4. Eat foods rich in vitamin C
The vitamin C foods can boost your immunity and help your body to fight with the harmful micro-organisms present in the environment. It does directly prevents COVID-19 but helps the human body to produce a robust immune system. Some of the vitamin C food that must be consumed is Garlic, lemons, and Oranges. Your diet must contain at least one of this food as it helps the human body in many ways.
5. Clean the surfaces
The surfaces of the table and other kitchen stuff must be cleaned with the anti-bacterial bleach wipes.
